Haus Schattbachgut is a farmhouse, built around 1880 and is located on a beautiful, quiet Alm on the sun-side of Zell am See in Thumersbach.

From the house you have a beautiful view on Zell am See, the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The free (ski)bus-stop is on 300 meters and brings you to the slopes of Zell am See and Kaprun.

We have free parking-places, a beautiful, large garden with grill-facilities, ski-basement and a room for bicycles.
